We're excited to share our 2025 Peer Support Services (PSS) Report—shaped by the voices, experiences, and realities of the community you help make possible.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to see a deep and growing need for spaces where women and gender-diverse people can access support that is relational, non-clinical, and grounded in lived experience. Many community members came to us navigating isolation, caregiving responsibilities, migration, economic instability, and barriers to accessing care and justice.
Through PSS, we’ve been able to hold space for connection, reflection, and community-driven care. We’ve witnessed participants build confidence, advocate for themselves, access resources, and move through challenges with the support of others who understand.
This work is at the heart of what we do. This free, confidential, and low-barrier program helps advance gender equity by strengthening agency, improving access to support systems, and meeting people where they are—especially those navigating overlapping barriers.
This report brings together what we’ve heard, what we’ve tracked, and what we’ve learned—from participant feedback to program data and team reflections. It not only shares what the program delivered, but also how we’re continuing to evolve—refining access, strengthening participant-informed programming, and growing in ways that are intentional, equitable, and sustainable.
As we move forward, we’re focused on deepening engagement, expanding access thoughtfully, and continuing to build programs that center the voices and needs of our community.
Your support helps make this work accessible, meaningful, inclusive, grounded in care, and ensures women continue to be represented, seen and heard.
Thank you for being part of this community and for helping us build something that meets people with dignity, respect, and real support.
In solidarity,
Char & the GOOD TO BE GOOD team
