Rural families especially in Tanzania are challenged with food and income security to the scale that affects nutritions, health, education, income and other live systems. Since September 2014 it is five years and six months working n improving lives of Zeze community through improved farming to enable family self sufficiency with food and income security. We have everything and reasons to be proud of being making the world a better place everyone need to feel to live.

January 1st 2020 the Zeze community got together to celebrate for the big changes which have happened from the schemes. The government leaders, Mboni ya Vijana Team, institutions leaders and the majority came together and everyone narrated how impressive food and income security in Zeze are improving bringing happiness and unity among community families.

Water was a big problem at Zeze toward improving food production and income generation which both needed to improve other services including education and environments. Now the community is enjoying access to water for both domestic and economic functions. The students are improving the education status as there have been improvement in water access and use.

The growing of food crops has increased by more than 500% in the past four years and are making improvement in living standards among families in Zeze and Kasulu District as a whole. "Food was a big challenge to my family, I didn't have enough food through out the year, I didn't even manage to farm more land and support my family's education. I adapted improved farming and made more sucks of havests from 2 to 19 sacks of maize per one acre. I pay school fees, school uniform, feed the family and the school works of my children are doing well" - said by Jefason.

Whats makes difference to your education? The question asked to the happy students at Zeze Secondary school. Michael says: there are factors but good one is that I am no longer paying labour for family food. There is enough food in the family so I spend much time in school and I am not worried from hunger. This gives me much confidence and courage to work hard on school".

"There are many diversfied impacts from the initiative those potrays that we are progressing. We can say as many as  we can but we know than what we can tell. As a (Zeze) village executive officer, I am proud to be here at Zeze as I am in the village that inspiring me to the works the community is doing with the support from Mboni ya Vijana. The village is getting easy to improve the other services from the community contribution. If they were poor, they would not have been contributing to build the village's social and economic development services" - Village Executive Officer tells as he was intervied on how he sees the progress.

All the success are the implications of our cooperations and motives coming through GlobalGiving to enable the families sufficient with food. We value and respect everyone who goes on this platform and helps stengtherning our commitment to drive development to the poor families and make everyone feel world a better place to live.
