Our vision is to have well transformed and balanced socio-economic and environmental developments to rural community with the mission to mobilize and coordinate youth and women to sustainable use of accessible resources to bring a balanced development between human needs and the environments.
Our Hope Rising Scheme trains and supports youth in entrepreneurship start-ups in our remote rural village so that youth can increase their income and lift themselves and their families out of extreme poverty. We identify and train youth who fail to proceed with Secondary education These young people lose hope so we train, motivate, connect and support them start businesses which aim to bring back their better lives hope and for their families.
Since 2024 April, we have trained 44 youth. However living in a remote rural village means they have limited experience and horizons. Therefore this month we managed to bring them to Dar – Es – Salaam for learning from successful businesses to motivate them.
In this visit they visited several successful industries in tailoring and agriculture and learned from many successful entrepreneurs.
This visit has really opened my eyes said Grace. It is the first time I have been out of Kigoma and this has really motivated me to succeed in my tailoring business.
