Dear Donors, Friends and Well Wishers,

Greetings!!

We are very grateful to you for your support and encouragment to provide assistive devices to people with disabilities in India. We are glad to inform you that we have enabled and empowered 578 people with disabilities by providing various types of quality assistive devices since the project has been launced.

I am glad to share a story of Nisha who is person with disability. Nisha had very good childhood, she was very playful child, loved to play with friends in street and school. She always participated in the sports event orgnized in the school. One day, she was travelling with his father on bike. It was very unfortunate day for her, they met an accident, her father had very serious inuries, and surrvied. She had very serious injury, and her leg was amputed. She was devasted, she could not understand what to do, and how she would do any activities. Her parents were also in shocked, and depressed to have girl child having amputed leg. She was brave, and determined to persue her study. but for her it was very challenging to travel, and do any activity with amputed leg.

She was supported under this Assistive Devices project, and she was provided an artifical leg. She was very happy to have new leg, and that has increased self confidence, and motivation for life. She has now decided to participate in para athletics and represent India in next Paralambpics. She has already stareted practice with this artificial leg. We wish her the best for her future.

We are very grateful to you for your support that helped us to reach out to such young girls who have lost their hope. The support for artificial limbs and other devices is very important contribution for giving them dignified and meaningful life. We are very grateful to you for your wonderful support.

Now, we have started out reach assesment and fittment camps in rural areas of Gujarat and Rajasthan hence people who live in rural areas also get benefits of this project.

We request you kindly donate for this project, also motivate your friends and family members to support this project.

Thanking you
