Community Health Workers integrated with improved health centers is a powerful combination, with an incredible impact. In the past year alone, this combination has accomplished great things:
• Over 13,400 patients treated, including women, children, and individuals living with HIV in remote areas of northern Togo!
• More than 67,000 home visits conducted!
• More than 4,000 pre- and post-natal consultations!
We are thrilled to share our 2017 Annual Report with even more highlights. Please see the attached PDF for a more detailed description of the work Hope Through Health has done and the progress that has been made in the last year.
