On the occasion of the recent trip to Bogotá, our project managers Rosanna and Andrea updated us on the improvements to the lives of some families supported by Aleimar. Thanks to donations collected, for example, little Sara's family has received a laundry and we delivered an oven to Yurani's parents.
During the visit, Rosanna and Andrea, realizing that families did not need only an estufas to improve their living conditions, wrote a list of the priorities for interventions to be made within the year. Specifically, we intend to replace the obsolete appliances and renovate the homes, in order to guarantee children and their families a worthy place to live in.
In this perspective it is thought to close the project "Estufas for Dispaced families" by the end of 2017 and to replace it with a different program aimed at improving the general housing conditions of many families in difficulty.
