48,400 Meals in 2015

Last year we provided 48,400 meals to 100 vulnerable children in Kibera!

We provided breakfast and lunch every weekday to the children in our education programmes in Kibera.

Juliet is one of those children, she is 12 years old and studies at our Fountains of Hope Primary School in Kibera. If it weren't for the free education provided by Fountains of Hope, Juliet simply would not be in school. Her parents could not afford to send her.

The feeding programme ensures that Juliet's free education includes free meals. This means she can concentrate in class and is a weight off the minds of her struggling parents.

Juliet is not taking this opportunity for granted. She is working hard in class and performed really well in her end of year exams in December. Scoring over 350 marks. If she continues getting these grades, she will be able to graduate to Secondary School. Her life is on a new trajectory and you have a played a part in turning it around. Thank you.
