Dear Donors,
Thank you for your interest in the Feed a Child to Stay in School in Nigeria project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the school feeding activities have not yet begun.
In many low income communities, children attend school on empty stomachs or miss classes entirely in search of food. Hunger makes it difficult for them to concentrate, participate in lessons, or remain in school throughout the day.
For some families, providing daily meals is a challenge, and this directly affects children’s education. When food is not available, school becomes a lower priority, and many children fall behind or drop out completely.
This project is planned to provide daily meals to pupils so they can learn in a better condition. With access to food at school, children are more likely to attend regularly, stay focused, and complete their lessons.
Regular meals can also support their health and give them the strength needed for daily activities. A simple meal can make a difference in helping a child remain in school and continue learning.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so these children can receive both food and education.
Sincerely,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
