For families already living in poverty, a failed harvest can quickly become a humanitarian crisis. In Karamoja, prolonged drought has disrupted farming and left many vulnerable households struggling to secure enough food for their families.
This project will provide emergency food to households experiencing severe hunger, with special attention to children and pregnant mothers who need adequate nutrition during critical stages of life. Alongside emergency assistance, families will receive support to develop climate-smart farming practices that can improve their ability to produce food despite increasingly difficult environmental conditions.
Your donation can provide immediate nourishment while helping families prepare for a more secure future. By supporting this initiative, you can help transform a moment of crisis into an opportunity for recovery and resilience.
