Prolonged drought and repeated crop failures have placed thousands of families in Karamoja at serious risk of hunger. Households living in poverty often lack the resources needed to recover after losing their crops, making emergency assistance essential.
Through this project, vulnerable families will receive emergency food support, while children and pregnant mothers will receive targeted nutrition assistance. We will also provide climate-smart farming support to help households strengthen food production and become better prepared for future climate challenges.
