Feed Starving Families

Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for your support to our initiative feeding starving families. Many families especially those living in the upland villages lack food because of poor farming practices, climate change and poor soil conditions. Our approach in this situation is to provide them with farming inputs and training so that they are able to improve their food production activities. This is one sure way of improving their lives and improving the nutrition especially of their children. The surplus vegetables they are able to sell in order to gain income. We also included in our mix of support the provision of water and sanitation so that the spread of diseases is prevented. This reporting period we are able to provide support to 120 farmers and we hope to add some more in the coming months. Again thank you very much and hoping that you will continue supporting us.

Dear Friend,

Greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project feeding starving families. One of our approaches in order to propel this project is to provide gardening inputs to poor families so that they will be able to start their gardening activities and in so doing generate food and income from their gardening production. We think that this is one of the best ways because families have 4-5 members and most of them can work in order to produce food. Gardening is easy and very productive and some of the vegetables can be harvested in 2-3 weeks already. This first report, we were able to provide vegetable gardening inputs such as seeds to 75 families and we will increase this in the coming months. Hoping for your continuing support.
