Food Sustainability for LGBT+ Older Adults in PR

In the last quarter, we provided each month 175 individuals with food boxes from our community centers located in Loiza, Maunabo, San Juan, Isabela, and Cabo Rojo. Each individual also has the opportunity to meet with a mental health care provider to assess needs and work with their individual case manager. In addition, they have access to support groups, yoga classes, music-therapy, and mindfulness sessions.

We begun to distribute these services and food boxes from all of our five community centers located in the four cardinal points of Puerto Rico and San Juan (capital of SJU).

In the ucpoming months, we will continue to provide food boxes and mental health supports to individuals, couples, and families from the Community Centers De TODES (for all).
