Our mission is simple but powerful: to support students aged 12 to 18, who are in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability, so they can successfully navigate and complete secondary school. Through our flagship initiative, the Futuros Egresados Program (PFE), we aim to transform lives by promoting the development of crucial socio-emotional skills. These skills not only improve students' educational journeys but also enhance their chances of obtaining a secondary school diploma and envisioning a future filled with opportunities.

Futuros Egresados, established in 1997, stands strong on three fundamental pillars:

1. Personalized Educational Support: Every month, our dedicated support officers hold one-on-one sessions with each student, setting small, achievable goals that nurture and develop their socio-emotional skills. This tailored approach ensures that each student can thrive and progress in their educational journey.

2. Economic Assistance: Recognizing the financial challenges many families face, we provide monthly stipends to cover educational necessities and other critical needs that directly impact school attendance and performance.

3. Experience Exchange: Students engage in enriching meetings, workshops, and group interviews with their peers in the program. These sessions address their concerns, foster peer support, and create a community of shared experiences and growth.

What sets us apart is our unique methodology of personalized support, with a strong focus on developing essential socio-emotional skills such as self-concept, decision-making, interpersonal relationships, responsibility and autonomy, and time management. Our approach is backed by years of experience and rigorous evaluation studies. Implemented nationwide by skilled professionals, Futuros Egresados is making a lasting impact on the lives of countless young people.
