On July 31, 2021 we donated 12 menstrual cups to vulnerable women in the Egipto neighborhood.
This donation was possible thanks to the alliance with "La Copa Roja", an organization dedicated to share education and menstrual health from a feminist and body-friendly perspective.
During the day, in addition to handing out the menstrual cups, a workshop on body self-knowledge and the use of the menstrual cup as an alternative took place.
During the workshop, information was shared about the menstrual cup as an ecological and healthy alternative for menstrual management, instructions for comfort and hygiene in the use of the menstrual cup and some practical and friendly tips for general care during the cycle.
To give continuity and ensure the proper use of the cup, we will make a continuous accompaniment via WhatsApp during the 3 months following the delivery of the cups.
We invite you to continue supporting our project so that more women have access to sustainable menstrual health.
