Food and Clothes for 50 Orphanage Homes in Nigeria

Food Shortages Persist in Many Orphanage Homes

By Joy Ojochogwu Etubi | Project Leader

Dear Donors,

We are appealing for support for the Food and Clothes for 50 Orphanage Homes in Nigeria project. At this time, no donations have been received. Without funding, we are unable to begin delivering food and clothing to orphanage homes caring for vulnerable children.

Many orphanage homes across Nigeria struggle daily to provide enough meals and proper clothing. These homes depend largely on occasional donations, which are not always sufficient to meet the needs of growing children. As a result, some children do not receive regular nutritious meals, and many continue to wear worn-out clothing due to lack of replacements.

Caregivers continue to do their best under difficult conditions, but limited resources make it challenging to provide consistent support. Lack of adequate food can affect children's health and energy, while insufficient clothing affects their comfort and dignity.

This project will deliver essential food supplies such as rice, beans, garri, and cooking oil to 50 orphanage homes. In addition, children will receive clean clothes, shoes, and undergarments. These supplies will help improve their daily living conditions and support their growth and well-being.

Providing food and clothing will help create a more stable and supportive environment for about 3,000 children living in these orphanages. With their basic needs met, caregivers can focus more on education and proper care.

At present, no funds have been raised, and distribution cannot begin. We kindly ask for your support to help us provide food and clothing to children who depend on these orphanage homes for survival and care.

Sincerely,

Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
Project Leader
