Dear Donors,
Thank you for supporting this project to provide food assistance to 3,500 university students in Nigeria. Your support helps students access nutritious staples and fresh produce, ensuring they can focus on their studies and maintain good health.
Many students struggle with hunger due to high tuition, rising living costs, and limited family support. Malnutrition affects concentration, energy, and academic performance, putting students at risk of dropping out or falling behind. Immediate support is critical to help them succeed and stay healthy.
This project delivers regular food packages directly to students through university representatives. Packages include essential staples, fresh produce, and snacks to provide balanced nutrition. By addressing food insecurity, students can concentrate on learning, improve health, and avoid long-term academic setbacks.
Over time, students with reliable nutrition will perform better academically, graduate successfully, and contribute positively to their communities. The project also creates a replicable model for university-level food support programs, extending benefits to thousands more students facing similar challenges.
At this stage, donations received are not sufficient to launch the program, but with your continued support, we can ensure students have the sustenance they need to thrive academically and personally.
With thanks,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
