In the midst of the harsh humanitarian conditions faced by displaced families in Al-Sumoud Camp in northern Syria, Saed Charity continues its relief efforts to ease the suffering of families exhausted by war and poverty. After years of displacement, thousands of people still struggle daily to secure their basic needs, as food prices rise far beyond their reach.
In response, Saed’s field teams distributed comprehensive food baskets to the most vulnerable families in the camp. Each basket included essential items such as flour, rice, oil, sugar, and legumes—covering families’ needs for several weeks and restoring a sense of food security and dignity.
The scenes during distribution spoke louder than words—children smiling as they carried their food packages, and mothers shedding tears of gratitude for the aid that arrived just in time. These baskets were more than food; they were messages of hope and reminders that compassion still exists in a world filled with hardship.
At Saed Charity, we believe that dignity begins with feeding the hungry, and that helping those in need is a moral duty that unites humanity. With your continued support, we can keep delivering hope, nourishment, and life to families who have nothing left but faith and patience.
