As part of its ongoing humanitarian efforts, Saed charity carried out a food basket distribution project in Rahmat Camp, northern Syria, aiming to ease the suffering of displaced families living in extremely difficult conditions due to prolonged displacement and rising prices.
The project included the distribution of hundreds of food baskets containing essential items such as flour, rice, oil, sugar, and pasta—enough to cover a family’s needs for an entire month. Dozens of vulnerable families benefited from this initiative, many of whom struggle daily to secure food, especially during the harsh winter months.
The distribution was conducted in coordination with the camp administration to ensure that aid reached the most vulnerable families, under the direct supervision of Saed’s field team, which maintained transparency and fairness throughout the process.
This initiative is part of a series of humanitarian projects implemented by Saed charity to support affected families in northern Syria. It aims to strengthen food security, improve living conditions for displaced people, and convey a message of solidarity from donors to those in need—that they are not alone.
