As part of its ongoing humanitarian efforts to support displaced families in northern Syria, Saed Charity carried out a food basket distribution project in Al-Muhammadiyah Camp, home to hundreds of families living under extremely difficult conditions.
This intervention was launched in response to urgent needs identified by the field team, as most families in the camp lack stable income sources and struggle to afford basic food items.
The distributed baskets contained essential food supplies such as flour, rice, oil, sugar, pasta, bulgur, and legumes—enough to sustain a family for a reasonable period. The distribution process was conducted transparently and fairly, ensuring that assistance reached those most in need.
The families expressed their deep gratitude for this timely support, which helped them overcome hunger and hardship. For many, these baskets were not just food—they were a lifeline that restored their sense of dignity and security.
Saed Charity remains committed to continuing its food security initiatives across camps and affected regions, calling on partners and donors to strengthen their support so that thousands of displaced families can continue to receive the essential aid they depend on for survival and hope.
