In response to the dire humanitarian conditions faced by displaced families in northern Syria, Saed Charity continues its efforts to support the most vulnerable through its Food Basket Distribution Project. This initiative was launched to ease the ongoing suffering caused by rising prices, unemployment, and limited access to basic needs—making food security a daily struggle for thousands.
Hundreds of food baskets were distributed, each carefully prepared to include essential items such as rice, flour, oil, sugar, pasta, and lentils, meeting the needs of an average family for a suitable period. The distribution was carried out by field teams ensuring transparency and fairness in reaching the most deserving families.
This intervention helped reduce hunger and restore a sense of dignity and stability for hundreds of families. Many beneficiaries expressed their deep gratitude for this vital support, which came at a time of great hardship.
However, the need remains immense. Continuous assistance and expanded efforts are crucial to ensure food security and sustain hope for thousands still struggling in displacement camps and affected areas across northern Syria.
