Across northern Syria, thousands of families continue to endure the crushing weight of hunger as displacement, poverty, and years of conflict strip away every means of survival. Many parents wake each day with the same impossible question: how will they feed their children tonight? With empty markets, soaring prices, and unstable access to basic goods, food insecurity has become a daily struggle for survival.
Saed Relief and Development works tirelessly to deliver essential food baskets to the most vulnerable communities. Each basket includes rice, sugar, lentils, pasta, oil, bulgur, beans, canned foods, and other staples that allow families to prepare warm meals—often for the first time in weeks. For a mother caring for several children alone, or an elderly man with no income, these baskets restore life, dignity, and hope.
During distribution visits, our team witnesses scenes that words can barely contain: children rushing to help carry the basket home, mothers quietly wiping tears of relief, and elderly individuals offering heartfelt prayers for those who made this help possible.
Thanks to generous donors, thousands of families have received lifesaving food support—but many more are still waiting. The need is overwhelming, and every contribution makes a profound difference.
Your support today can fill an empty table, ease a mother’s fear, and allow a child to sleep with a full stomach. Together, we can turn hunger into hope for families who have endured far too much.
