Across rural communities and informal camps in Syria, many families are still struggling to afford even the most basic food.
Rising prices, unemployment, displacement, and extreme poverty have made every meal uncertain.
Through the second phase of its food basket project, Saeed Relief and Development (SAED) distributed 1,000 food baskets to some of the most vulnerable households, including widows, orphans, older people, and displaced families.
Each basket contained essential food items designed to support a family for nearly one month.
In total, more than 5,200 people benefited from this distribution.
For many families, the assistance meant more than receiving food. It meant relief from days of worry, a proper meal for their children, and the reassurance that they had not been forgotten.
