Dear wholehearted supporter,

We hope this e-mail finds you well. Thanks to your help, the last three months have been very significant. It was positively astonishing to experience the willingness of our community to reach out with a helping hand to those in need, especially during these difficult times. Thank you so much for your generous support thus far and we are happy we can share the results of the last three months with you.

Food parcel initiative

As we wrote to you last time, we started providing aid through distributing food parcels to families who are dealing with the consequences of the Coronacrisis. Together we managed to deliver a total amount of 173 food parcels! Families in Sarajevo, Vogošca, Bosanska Otoka and Zenica have been provided a food parcel with primary necessities worth €102. While distributing we found that these food parcels came just in time as they prevented a food shortage at home.

School lunches

Despite the impact we were able to make with you, dear supporter, our work is not done yet. As the new school year is approaching and it is expected that children will go back to school in September, we aspire to raise the remaining funds in order to be able to provide a daily lunch for 300 kids through the whole school year. Till now we raised funds for 250 children, so our goal for the upcoming month is to raise the remaining amount so no child is excluded from the daily lunch at school as from September.
