Greetings from Iracambi! We hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to express our gratitude for your interest in and support of our organization.
At Iracambi, our mission is clear: to tackle climate change and preserve the beauty and biodiversity of the Atlantic Rainforest. And here’s the good news! We’ve hit our 2023 targets, and now have 46 hectares of rainforest under restoration (that’s almost 86 football fields!) And - we’ve graduated 90 young environmental leaders, and reached hundreds more.
We supplied the boots on the ground, and you, dear donors, were the wind under our sails. How about that for teamwork?
Today is Giving Tuesday. This year we are dreaming big - the goal of our year-end campaign is $200,000, starting today and going all through December. Every donation we receive today through GlobalGiving attracts counterpart funding - and this year they are giving away $1,000,000!
