Ame Sua Mente: New Mental Health Initiatives 2024

Awareness-raising meetings are being held.

This year's Ame Sua Mente na Escola (Love Your Mind at School) training will be available for 5,000 education professionals of the State of São Paulo, following up our important partnership with the São Paulo State Department of Education (SEDUC-SP). In this edition, beside educators, psychologists and security professionals of the public school system will be joining the course. That’s meant to be a huge asset on prevention and promotion of mental health in the school community.

Also, we’re really proud to announce two great news:

In addition to the training we’ve just begun awareness-raising meetings in partnership with the Program for the Improvement of Coexistence and School Protection (CONVIVA), of the SEDUC-SP. During these sessions, 300 school principals and educators of the 91 DERs (Regional Education Departments) are going to learn more about nonviolent communication and emotional self-regulation.
Also, we have developed a new module for the course in 2024, on self-care for education professionals. We are taking care of those who care!
