Unfortunately, all schools, education centers, and programs like ours remain closed throughout Peru, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. It has now been almost an entire year since Peru’s lockdown first began, and our students and community members have had to adjust to online learning and a new lifestyle, alongside the entire world.
However, the good news is that the last official government update indicated that schools would begin opening in March of this year, with proper protocols in place to keep everyone as safe as possible. As long nothing changes in the coming months and this remains true, we should be allowed to open La Pagina en La Puerta’s doors to our students once more. We are remaining optimistic and hope that our next update will bring you good news!
