In January, we reported that schools would potentially open in March, but this unfortunately didn’t happen, because the end of year celebrations caused a significant increase in Covid-19 cases in Peru. Since the beginning of the year, restrictions have changed on a bi-weekly basis, but schools remain closed.
At least the academic year started again in mid-March, so children are back to their home-schooling routines. We are staying abreast of the government announcements and we hope that the doors of La Pagina en La Puerta will be able to open again soon.
