The Isauro Arancibia School in La Boca will expand into a new building to host a cultural center, art gallery, gastronomy space, and housing for homeless students. It will showcase student productions, strengthen community ties, and support vulnerable children, youth, and adults.
Children, youth, and adults in La Boca face homelessness, exclusion, and limited access to education and work. Current facilities cannot meet the demand for cultural, educational, and productive spaces. Vulnerable students need safe housing and opportunities for autonomy.
By adapting a donated building, the project will provide cultural, educational, residential, and productive spaces. Students will learn trades, sell products, and access housing. The initiative fosters autonomy, strengthens rights, and connects the school with the broader community.
The new center will empower over 1,000 students annually through education, work, and culture. It will reduce homelessness among youth, create sustainable livelihoods, and strengthen community identity. Long-term, it ensures inclusion, dignity, and opportunities for vulnerable populations.
