Hola friends,
For the third year in a row, we are heading to Honduras to plant and distribute thousands of fruit trees with families and farmers!
Together with our local partners, ERIC + Radio Progreso and SHARE, our work in Honduras is designed to support community- and household-level health, nutrition, and income. The trees we plant are selected in tandem with our participants and are planted together in knowledge-exchange workshops to ensure local practices are integrated into our processes.
This year we will also be visiting previously planted orchards from the first year to see how they are doing two years on. We anticipate witnessing substantial growth and perhaps even the beginnings of harvests.
