A Fruitful Spring for Students!

By Lizzy Rainey | Programs Manager

Getting to know her new trees in Arkansas!
Getting to know her new trees in Arkansas!

This has been a very frutiful spring for students around the country!

Fruit Tree 101 has planted over 350 trees and created 20 orchards at schools across the country--from Arizona to Arkansas to New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia and Pittsbrugh, the past few months have been a flurry of tree planting with students of all ages! It has been fun, tiring, and incredibly rewarding!

And we aren't anywhere close to done. There are dozens more school orchards still to be planted this year including in Minneapolis, Seattle, and San Francisco! We have big plans and even bigger dreams that all students have access to fresh, delicious nutrtion right in their school cafeteria and playground.

Every donation to Fruit Tree 101 is a vote for fresh, nutritious food and healthy kids.

To a fruitful future for all children,

The FTPF Team
