FTPF is excited to be in Hawai'i this month to plant several new beautiful orchards, as well as some native Hawaiian trees, all across the Big Island!
Events will take place over the next couple of weeks in order to plant fruit and native trees at a school, park, forest reserve, and animal sanctuary, creating several sources of fresh, local nutrition and environmental benefits that will last for decades. We are excited that this is such a diverse set of projects, each addressing a unique need of the recipient and neighborhood, while simultaneously benefiting the island as a whole.
If you are interested in volunteering on these projects in Hawai'i, please send us an email at info@ftpf.org or check our Facebook events page for upcoming opportunities. We are so grateful for all of the support we receive here on GlobalGiving, and hope to meet some of you out in the orchards one day soon!
Mahalo nui loa,
