When disaster strikes, children are the most vulnerable population. Vulcan Fuego destroyed homes and displaced thousands. Our Diaper Drop partner in Antigua is treating children with first, second, and third degree burns, and housing children who have been separated from their families.
Diapers are an overlooked, yet so desperately needed basic need not typically provided by disaster relief organizations. This is where we come in! Thanks to your amazing support, we have over 200 cloth diaper kits Guatemala-bound. These kits will completely diaper a baby from birth to potty training, thus solving diaper need. This means caregivers can focus on other basic needs and next steps for life after the Fuego Volcano's eruption.
I look forward to sharing more with you soon. Please reach me at stephanie@jakesdiapers.org with any questions you may have.
Thanks for helping babies!
