We are approaching the end of the difficult year we have ever had. Our music program went down due to covid 19. The schools were closed down and when we reopened the school calendar changed completely. It has not been easy for the learners to get involved in any other activity since they are one year behind.
The education department is trying her best to make sure that we have our normal school calendar by the end of the year 2023. This has forced them to limit school holidays to one week and have compressed everything to fit in.
Our learners are concentrating on the syllabus and have done away with all the co-curricular activities until we get to our normal school calendar. We are sad to report that we haven't been active and with our music program until the calendar is rectified.
