This is the exciting newest development in widening the reach of Smiles Forever's dental program in Cochabamba:
Dear Friends, Donors, and Supporters of Smiles Forever,
It is a pleasure to share that last week, our Director of Smiles Forever in Bolivia, Alejandro Beckrich, led a meeting with authorities from the Bolivian Catholic University San Pablo, in accordance with the inter-institutional agreement signed in 2025.
The purpose of this meeting was to plan and propose new initiatives that will enable us to expand and enhance the services we provide to those most in need. Among the proposals discussed were new phases of the Smiles Forever programs in the Marquina community, the integration of dental students from the university to support ongoing dental care efforts, collaborative research focused on nutrition and its impact on dental health in at-risk student populations, the development of future academic scholarships, and several additional initiatives.
This strategic alliance between our institutions—both deeply committed to serving underserved communities—reflects our shared vision and strengthens our ability to face future challenges with renewed determination. It also reinforces our belief that the work we carry out each day is a testament to resilience, compassion, and hope.
