Thank you so much for all you have done, whether as one-off or recurring donors.  You are all part of our community of 'Champions of Impact' and we could not be more pleased to have your support.

Below you will get a snippet from this quarter about what we have been up to, what we have planned next and how you could assist further.

What We Have Been Up To?

  • In this past quarter with your support we completed some key renovations in parts of the girls' space, which is now ready to be furnished and outfiitted for usage.  These renovations mean that we now have more flexible spaces to support any upcoming emergency interventions within our community.
  • We have also been maintaining the development of our girls through programming, direct service delivery and the provision of needs that reduce harm to our girls.

What We Have Planned Next?

  1. To document and streamline our model and processes for Emergency Intervention within the next year.
  2. To have our emergency housing available for access to our enrolled girls by 2025.
  3. To strengthen our girl leadership network, where girls are at the centre of each decision we make for them.
  4. Building capacity to provide more mental health assessments, counselling and support.
  5. Extending more support to organisations we serve, in strengthening their safeguarding approaches within girl-centred spaces.

How You Can Help?

  1. Feel free to share ways in which we have created impact over the past few months, with your friends, family and colleagues.  It always helps for others to hear from those who care for them most, why you may have donated to our cause.
  2. Keep us in mind as your project of choice for any future donations you wish to provide.  If you donated as a one-off contribution, maybe consider supporting us on a recurring basis.
  3. Share more about our work on social media to help get the word out there.
  4. Reach out if you have skill-sets in areas of marketing, strategy and fundraising and have the time for pro-bono support.
  5. Say a kind word to a girl and/or woman today. You do not know what she is going through, and love always helps to soften any blows she may be experiencing.
