I Introduction
TN received two transfers for the November-December 2023 project,
TN informed beneficiaries to send their documents or products they are taking to certify that they are really sick in order to avoid inconvenience.
Given the number of patients we prioritized the most important ones.
With disability, the list of sick people increases day by day.
II Activities carried out
II.1. Information
Since receiving funds from the Disabled People's Health Project, TN informed the beneficiaries to send their consultation forms and their prescriptions in order to facilitate their care.
II.2. Meeting with the sick
On January 22, 2024, a meeting was held at the Coordinator's home with patients to receive their prescriptions and consultation fees for payment of their medications. The meeting was combined with the Christmas meeting.
II.3. Purchase of medicines for patients and management of consultations, examinations and fuel for beneficiaries.
The treasurer made group purchases of certain medications while others were purchased individually.
Those who have consultations, examinations and transportation (fuel) are covered by the project.
II.4. Delivery of medicines to each beneficiary
Many patients sent their representatives to collect the medicines
Others who were feeling well also made the trip.
III Difficulties encountered
The funds received did not allow for more than fourteen (14) beneficiaries;
Many sick people do not want to go to health centers for their health. They prefer traditional practitioners or healers, even though the latter do not have supporting documents (example, consultation document, prescription, etc.).
IV Results obtained
The funds made it possible to take care of the health of fourteen beneficiaries;
TN contributed to improving the health of fourteen (14) beneficiaries
Their living conditions are improved and they have the joy of living well.
V Perspective
Always mobilize funding to take greater care of the health of other members;
Encourage all sick people to go to health centers to obtain medical documents to be treated;
* Please see attached PDF for relavant financial tables and reporting. (VI-IV.4)
