I Introduction
This report covers funds raised from January to May 2025.During this period, several challenges hampered the smooth implementation of health support initiatives for sick members. Fund withdrawals were significantly delayed due to theunavailability of two account signatories, both of whom were traveling. Furthermore, the treasurer was hospitalized following a ceasarean section, making immediate financial management difficult. The project manager, also suffering from health problems, was unable to fully coordinate activities. Tigoung Nonma (TN) currently has neither the necessary human resources to support or replace the project manager in her responsibilities (particularly report writing), nor the financial resources to recruit staff. It should be noted that the project manager performs her duties entirely on a voluntary basis, which demonstrates her commitment but also illustrates the precariousness of the association's operating resources.
During this period, TN received two transfers containing funds for project 58481 for health.
II Activities
Patient information
Financial coverage status for two patient beneficiaries.
Receipt of prescriptions and monitoring of medication purchases.
Coverage status for the purchase of pharmaceutical products for ten patient
beneficiaries.
Medication distribution to each beneficiary.
II Difficulties Encountered
Difficulties encountered in caring for sick members:
Delay in withdrawing funds: The disbursement of financial resources was significantly
delayed due to the simultaneous absence of two account signatories, who were away on
mission or personal travel.
Unavailability of the treasurer: The treasurer, who plays a key role in fund management, was
hospitalized following a cesarean section, which slowed down certain internal procedures.
Illness of the project manager:
The project manager herself experienced a health issue,
which temporarily affected the coordination of activities in general and, in particular, health
support.
Some beneficiaries encountered travel difficulties to the medication collection center; they
sent their relatives or friends, who took time to collect their medication, which complicated
the rapid and equitable distribution of treatment.
One of the main challenges encountered is the lack of sufficient human resources to support
the project manager in her duties, particularly in writing reports. She performs her duties on
a voluntary basis. Since the association does not have the financial resources to recruit staff,
this severely limits its organizational capacity.
IV Results Achieved
The beneficiaries were able to receive their essential medications, which contributed
to the stabilization of their health.
They expressed their joy of life by going about their daily activities without
hindrance.
V Outlook
In the short and medium term, TN plans to:
Implement an alternative signature system or temporary delegation in the event of prolonged absences of official signatories.
Strengthen internal organization to better cope with unforeseen events (absence planning, replacements).
Develop a home medication delivery system for the most vulnerable members.
Develop a project to cover the salaries of a permanent secretary, a project manager, and a Tigoung Nonma social media administrator.
Continue to raise funds until the project's objective is ultimately achieved.

VI Conclusion
We would like to express our deep gratitude to all our partners and donors whose invaluable support enabled us to effectively assist members facing health problems. Thanks to their generosity and commitment, lives have been saved, treatments have been made accessible, and a spirit of solidarity has been strengthened within Tigoung Nonma. Their support hasbeen essential in overcoming the challenges encountered and continuing to work for the well-being and dignity of people with disabilities.
We hope to be able to count on their continued support as we work together to achieve a more inclusive and humane society.
