Dear respected donors,
We are grateful for the interest shown in this project so far. At the moment, we have not received any donations, so the project has not started yet. The goal remains to provide free monthly haircuts and basic grooming for orphans and homeless people across Nigerian cities.
Even though we have not begun activities, our team has been doing background work to prepare. We have spoken with local barbers who are willing to take part once funds are available. We have also identified shelters, busy junctions, and street locations where many homeless people stay, so that we can reach them easily when the project begins.
Many orphans and people living on the streets told us how they are often avoided or treated unfairly because of their unkempt hair and appearance. A simple haircut can help them feel clean, confident, and accepted again. This is what we hope to bring to them once we start.
We are keeping our plans ready and our partners informed. As soon as donations start coming in, we will begin the field work immediately. Each $10 donation will help pay a barber, buy clean tools, and serve more people each month.
We thank everyone who has taken time to read about this project. Your interest alone encourages us to keep pushing forward. With your help, we can soon begin and give people on the streets a reason to smile again.
Kind regards
Ugbede- Ojo Dominic Kadiri
