Using our GAIN approach (Gamification, AI coaching, Incentives, and Network), we ensure youth stay engaged and persist long enough to reach the proficiency levels that local employers actually hire for.
In Indonesia, 10 million youth are neither in school nor working (NEET). The core issue is the "Livelihood Gap": traditional education stops at the certificate, but fails to translate into livelihood. Many youth drop out of online courses because the immediate need for income outweighs the long-term promise of learning. Without a system that rewards persistence and bridges the gap to actual employment, a generation remains stuck in a cycle of poverty despite their potential.
