In the face of extreme hardship, closed borders, and constant insecurity, URDA continues its humanitarian operations in Gaza without pause. Our teams are responding to the urgent needs of the population with unwavering determination.

Despite the lack of electricity and gas, we have expanded our feeding projects to deliver thousands of hot meals daily to displaced families. Water trucks are dispatched regularly to provide clean drinking water to shelters, hospitals, and communities struggling to survive. Recognizing the absence of basic cooking facilities, URDA also provides firewood to help families prepare food and boil water for their children—offering them dignity and a means of survival.

Case Study: Nour’s Family – A Ray of Hope Amid the Darkness

Nour, a mother of four, was displaced after her home was destroyed. Living in a school-turned-shelter, she had no way to cook or provide for her children. Through URDA’s intervention, she received warm meals, clean water, and wood to prepare simple food for her family. “In a place where there’s no gas, no power, and no peace, this support is everything,” she said.
