As part of its ongoing humanitarian response efforts, the BESME INSANI team distributed food assistance to 55 vulnerable families in Gaza this week. The project aimed to support households facing severe economic and humanitarian challenges by helping them meet their essential food needs.
The distributed food packages included a variety of basic food items intended to provide immediate relief and improve household food security. Families were selected based on vulnerability and need, ensuring that assistance reached those most affected by the current situation.
The support helped families access essential nutrition while reducing some of the financial pressures associated with securing food. For many beneficiaries, the assistance represented a valuable source of relief during a particularly difficult period.
Families expressed their gratitude for the support and highlighted the importance of continued humanitarian assistance in helping them cope with daily challenges. The project contributed to strengthening food security and improving the well-being of vulnerable households.
Food assistance remains one of the most critical humanitarian interventions in Gaza, helping families maintain access to basic necessities and supporting their ability to withstand ongoing hardships.
