Over the past year, we've connected thousands of young people with employers through careers fairs, STEM activities, mentoring, workplace experiences and industry-led events in schools. These experiences help young people build confidence, develop essential skills and gain a clearer understanding of the pathways available to them.

We're also working with employers and educators to rethink work experience for a changing world. As traditional opportunities become harder to access, we're exploring new ways to help young people gain meaningful insight into the workplace while helping employers connect with future talent.
