Dear donors,
Thank you for your generous support and for bringing comfort to children facing cancer in Nigeria. Your contributions are helping ease the struggles these young patients endure every day.
Each year, over 15,000 children in Nigeria are diagnosed with cancer, yet most families cannot afford treatment or basic care. Many children face hunger, lack medicines, and miss school, while emotional stress adds to their challenges. Without targeted assistance, these children are at risk of avoidable complications and suffering.
This project provides gift packs containing nutritious food, essential medicines, and learning materials to children in treatment centers. By giving these items directly to children, we help families reduce costs, ensure proper nutrition, support recovery, and allow continued learning despite illness. Hospitals and community partners coordinate distribution to reach the children most in need.
With your help, children can focus on treatment, regain strength, and maintain hope. Families are relieved of some financial stress, and children remain engaged with school and play, which helps preserve dignity and wellbeing.
At this stage, the funds raised are not yet sufficient to begin full distribution, and we are working to secure more support to reach all children in need.
Sincerely
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
