Thanks to your generous support, 17-year-old Anshika is taking her first steps toward a brighter future. Living with her parents and two brothers, Anshika’s family has faced significant financial challenges.

Her father works as a day laborer, fishing at Sarikana Lake when work is available, while her mother manages the household.
Anshika’s education came to a halt after the eighth grade due to financial constraints, but her dreams of learning and growing never faded. She longed to develop skills that could help her family and allow her to pursue her aspirations.

When she heard about the opportunity to learn sewing she was thrilled. Anshika eagerly joined the classes.
Since then, Anshika has learned to sew baby frocks, bibs, simple frocks, and baba suits. Her parents are overjoyed to see her progress and believe these skills will not only reduce their expenses on clothing but also open doors for Anshika to contribute financially to the family.
