Two Ways of Life

By Mehwish Ayyub | Supervisor

First of all we would like to thank all our wonderful donors who are helping us in spreading love among these kids in need in the form of teddy bears and secondly we would like to update you all that soon we are going to distribute teddy bears in two schools just like last year to orphans which all of you really liked, many of our donors got back to us to let us know what they feel and we want you all to know that we love your comments a lot so please do that.

In our previous reports, we have always mentioned the importance of teddy bears in the life of a kid or specially orphans. Everybody needs some softness, even more when the life is challenging. When the stuffed animal is offered to a Newborn, it is the perfect transitional object, associated with the tender feelings of mother-love. It provides comfort when baby feels lonely or scared. It becomes the companion to cuddle but also to talk to and communicate emotions. It helps to manage the pain and clear it.

Above are all the reasons that we started our project of giving teddy bears to orphans because we know how important it is for these orphans to feel loved and we have experienced that a little gift like teddy bears makes them feel so special and they realize that there is someone out there who cares for them. And now after years of starting this project and distributing teddy bears to so many kids, when we look back, we feel so blessed that god made us a way to send some happiness in these kids lives.

We believe that there are two ways of living your lives. One is you do what you like and always be happy and second is you live for others happiness and b satisfied.

If you are choosing the first way its good but it doesn’t guarantee the peace or comfort in life, which will be there if you opt the second way. We are not saying that one couldn’t select both ways infact we believe that’s a dream come true life if you are happy as well as satisfied with all you are doing and that’s why we encourage everyone to live that way. Because we know how important it is to be satisfied with your life and that satisfaction comes by helping others, those who are in need in whatever or whichever way you want ,…. You should just do it .

Because if not you then who, if not now then when .
