Saed charity carried out a water distribution campaign in Al-Ghadfa Village, located in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Numan, which has suffered extensive infrastructure damage due to years of armed conflict. Residents face severe challenges in accessing safe drinking water, especially children, women, and the elderly, who often have to walk long distances under the scorching sun to obtain even a small amount of water.
Through the efforts of the association’s team, water tankers were delivered to 150 households, helping to alleviate their daily struggles and provide their basic needs. Families expressed heartfelt gratitude for this initiative, which restored a sense of security and stability and allowed them to meet essential living needs without additional hardship.
The campaign focused on organized water distribution to ensure it reached the most vulnerable households while taking into account the harsh conditions faced by the residents. This project highlights Safa Development Association’s commitment to supporting affected communities and delivering humanitarian aid that upholds human dignity and protects lives.
This initiative represents an important step in improving the living conditions of the residents, mitigating the effects of the humanitarian crisis in the area, and emphasizing the continued need for support to meet basic needs and restore stability in the lives of affected families.
