In northern Syria, displaced families in Harsh al-Ziyadiya Camp continue to face immense hardship due to the ongoing shortage of clean water. With no permanent water network, families depend entirely on mobile tankers to meet their daily needs for drinking and household use.
In response to this urgent need, Saed Charity implemented a clean water distribution project within the camp. Water was delivered to hundreds of families through dedicated tankers filled from safe, approved sources—ensuring every tent and every family received clean, drinkable water.
This initiative had a profound impact on improving daily life for the residents, sparing them the struggle of searching for water in distant areas or bearing extra financial burdens. Families expressed deep gratitude for this effort, while children watched with joy as water once again flowed to their tents after days of waiting.
Through this project, Saed Charity reaffirms its ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable families in Syria’s camps and ensuring access to clean water—a basic right and a lifeline for survival and dignity.
