Amid ongoing blockade and deteriorating infrastructure, thousands of families in Gaza face a severe shortage of clean drinking water. Contaminated sources have become a threat to health and life—especially for children and the elderly. With frequent power cuts and limited access to desalination facilities, obtaining safe water has turned into a daily struggle for survival.
In response to this urgent need, Saed Charity implemented a clean water distribution project across several areas of Gaza. Field teams delivered potable water through tankers to the most vulnerable neighborhoods, ensuring that every household received enough for daily use.
This intervention brought much-needed relief to thousands of families who had long suffered from the lack of safe water. It also helped reduce health risks caused by contaminated water and restored a sense of hope and stability amid hardship.
Saed Charity reaffirms that access to clean water is a basic human right. The organization remains committed to providing emergency humanitarian support in Gaza and to pursuing sustainable solutions that preserve human dignity and strengthen community resilience in the face of ongoing challenges.
