By Joy O. Etubi | Project Leader
Dear Respected Donors,
Thank you for your generous support of our project, “Give Drinking Water to Neglected Regions in Nigeria.” While we have not yet received enough donations to install manual pump boreholes in the communities that need them most, we were able to provide 1 carton (12 units) of water purifiers (Water Guard) to an IDP camp. The camp’s water sources had been contaminated, causing diarrhea due to rusted iron pipes in their manual borehole pumps. These water purifiers will help keep their water safe to drink while we continue to seek donations to repair the rusted pumps and install new manual boreholes for rural and underserved communities who rely on river water for drinking.
We also extend our thanks to prospective donors who may consider supporting this project. Your contributions make a direct difference in the lives of these communities.
Thank you,
Joy O. Etubi
