Charleen is 23 years old and from Zaka where she had a severe lack of resources presenting hurdles to ahciving her life goals. She previously completed her Life Skills programme and transitioned into the Nurse Aid specialism. Getting consistently high grades she secured a work placement at Chitungwiza Central Hospital. The hospital identified her as a cut above the rest and the Matron is keen to comment on the positive impact that this programme has had for Charleen and so many other vulnerable young women.
Our activities this last quarter have included HIV & AIDS workshops for 80 beneficiaries with cascading benefits through their communities. Careers guidance events, parents open days and so much more.
